In case you can't tell, I'm a baker and a foodie. I owned a full line retail bakery with 20+ employees for many years in S.C. I was trained/apprenticed by a second generation Master Baker who was the original owner of the shop. I bought it when he retired, and ran it for 11 years before selling. I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Bus. Finance and, in addition to cooking, I enjoy sailing, gardening, woodworking, hunting, and anything that seems interesting at the moment. I'm currently cooking, writing this food blog, and enjoying life.
